Your orders, working harder
Earn 1 point per €1 or its USD equivalent of eligible product spend, measured in EUR, on completed EUR or USD orders. Convert a minimum of 100 points into €1 of order credit or its USD equivalent. Your account’s Cashback & referrals area shows your balance and lets you create a coupon.
Introduce a colleague. Share the benefit.
Give a new applicant your referral code. When their professional account is approved, both of you receive 10% off eligible orders for 30 days. Each additional successful referral adds 30 days to your referral discount period.
How cashback works
- Place an eligible order. Points are credited after the order reaches completed status.
- Choose your credit. Sign in and open Cashback & referrals. Redeem at least 100 available points; each point is worth €0.01 of credit or its USD equivalent. Credit is converted to USD at the rate used for the order when applied to a USD purchase.
- Apply your coupon. Use the generated code against a future eligible order. Points and cashback coupons have no scheduled expiry.
Program terms
Benefits are for approved professional retail accounts ordering in EUR or USD. Wholesale accounts and wholesale orders are excluded. Member benefits are subject to your continued professional account eligibility.
- Points are based on eligible product spend after discounts, excluding tax, delivery and sale items. For a USD order, spend is converted to its EUR equivalent using the conversion rate saved with that order. Fractions are rounded down to whole points for each order. The same purchase earns points once, regardless of the currency selected.
- Cancelled and refunded purchases do not retain their associated points. Refunds may reduce a previously credited balance; further cashback use may be unavailable until that balance recovers.
- Cashback is store credit, with no cash payment or transfer value. A cashback coupon is personal and valid for one order. Choose a redemption amount no greater than the eligible products in the intended order; unused coupon value is not reissued.
- Cashback and referral coupons exclude sale items and cannot be combined with other coupons. The referral percentage applies to eligible product value, not delivery charges.
- The referred professional must provide the code during a new account application and pass our verification. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and invented applications do not qualify.
- A referral benefit begins on approval. Further qualifying referrals extend an active period by 30 days; if the earlier period has ended, a new 30-day period starts. Your account displays the current expiry.
- A referrer and referred member each use their own account benefit. No personal details from another professional’s application are shared through this program.
We may correct calculation errors or remove benefits arising from a reversed order or misuse. If you believe your balance or referral is incorrect, contact us with the relevant order or application reference. Future changes to these terms will be published here and will not retrospectively remove legitimately earned credit except for refunds, errors or misuse.
