Professional supply and delivery destinations

Syntech supplies approved licensed medical professionals. We consider international delivery enquiries individually, taking account of the exact product, the destination, professional eligibility and applicable supply and import requirements. An account or product listing does not guarantee that delivery is available to a particular country.

Standard delivery rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your approved delivery country and product subtotal after discounts, before taxes and delivery. Free delivery applies when that subtotal is strictly above the relevant threshold. At or below the threshold, the standard fee applies. The shipping country entered at checkout determines which regional rule is used; the billing address does not change it.

Destination Standard delivery Free delivery on orders over
United States US$100 US$1,000
European Union €20 €1,000
United Kingdom £50 £500
Canada CAD 50 CAD 500
Australia AUD 50 AUD 500
Other approved destinations €50 €500

Checkout displays the charge in your selected EUR or USD currency. The amounts in the table are in each region’s stated currency: for example, Canada’s fee is CAD 50, not USD 50. Where conversion is needed, both the delivery fee and free-shipping threshold use the same current European Central Bank reference rates. Checkout shows the destination, original regional rule and converted amount before submission. The quoted amount is saved with your order. Delivery remains limited to the countries approved for your account. Import duties and customs charges are separate where applicable.

Where taxes, customs clearance, import permits or duties may arise, the allocation of responsibilities and any known charges must be stated in the written order arrangements. We will not treat a general enquiry or an automated order acknowledgement as confirmation that an international shipment is accepted.

Dispatch and receipt

Dispatch follows the payment and delivery arrangements agreed for the order. Delivery estimates remain subject to the confirmed service and any relevant customs process. If an issue materially affects the agreed arrangements, contact us so we can resolve the next step.

At receipt, check the shipment against your order and inspect the outer packaging, product seals, labeling and any handling indicators. Store products promptly in accordance with their manufacturer instructions. Keep lot and expiry information with your practice’s traceability records.

Damaged, incorrect or potentially defective goods

Notify us promptly with the order reference, product name, quantity, lot number and a description of the issue. Keep the product and packaging; clear photographs of packaging or damage can assist the investigation. Do not use an item if its integrity, identity or condition is in doubt. We will assess the issue and provide written instructions, including an appropriate replacement, return or refund where applicable.

Reporting a product issue to us does not replace any manufacturer or other applicable adverse-event reporting required of your practice.

Returns need written authorization

Please request authorization before returning any medical product, including unopened stock. Medical products require careful assessment of seals, storage history, traceability and any temperature conditions. We do not promise that a change-of-mind return will be accepted. Do not send goods to our registered address or a carrier depot without our written instructions.

If a return is agreed, we will confirm the destination, packaging and handling instructions, who is responsible for the return cost and the proposed remedy before shipment. Any agreed refund follows assessment of the returned goods or other evidence, as appropriate to the issue. We do not impose an undisclosed restocking charge.

Your applicable rights

These arrangements apply to professional business purchases. They do not exclude mandatory statutory rights or remedies for defective, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods. Any separately agreed order terms should be read together with our Terms of business.
