    Complete the registration form with your practice details and a medical license copy or professional details verifiable in an official public government register. Your application is reviewed before you can sign in or see prices. We email the decision and any request for clarification.

  2. Review the exact product

    Once approved, sign in and compare the product name, formulation, pack size and quantity required. Use our product information guide and request any missing documentation before ordering.

  3. Choose your currency

    Select EUR or USD before checkout. Check the currency shown alongside your basket and order totals. EUR and USD product prices are set independently. An existing order keeps its recorded currency and product prices.

  4. Submit your order for review

    Check your billing and delivery details, chosen items and any eligible member benefit. Your submitted order is a request for review. Delivery charges are quoted at checkout. Our team confirms product availability, supply eligibility and payment arrangements before acceptance.

  5. Check the confirmation and pay

    Review the confirmed order and use the payment instructions provided for it. Do not send card details by email. Contact our team if any product, currency, delivery or company detail needs correction before payment.

  6. Check your delivery

    At receipt, check the items, packaging, lot details and any relevant handling conditions. Retain traceability information and report a discrepancy promptly. Read the shipping and returns policy before arranging a return.
