Terms of business

The terms governing professional accounts, use of this website and orders with Syntech Solutions.

Last updated: 13 October 2026.

1. Who we are

SYNTECH SOLUTIONS Kft.
Company number: HU 32153891
1056 Budapest, Váci utca 79, 1st floor, door 11 Hungary
+36 20 981 1026

In these terms, “Syntech”, “we” and “us” mean SYNTECH SOLUTIONS Kft. “You” means the professional customer or the business they are authorized to represent.

2. Licensed medical professionals only

Our service is intended for licensed medical professionals purchasing for professional practice. By applying, you confirm that your details are accurate, that you may act for the named practice and that the intended products fall within your authorized professional scope.

An application is not an approved account. You must provide a medical license copy or information that can be checked in an official public government register. We review applications and communicate approval or refusal by email. Sign-in, prices and ordering remain unavailable until approval. We may request clarification, reverify credentials or suspend access when eligibility expires or cannot be established. Tell us promptly if your license, practice details or purchasing authority changes.

3. Website and account use

Keep account credentials private, use accurate contact and delivery details and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not share access with unverified persons, misrepresent a professional qualification or circumvent account restrictions. Approval is personal to the verified account and does not authorize resale or supply contrary to applicable requirements.

4. Product information and eligibility

We review the exact product variant, formulation and supporting documentation before including it in our catalog. Injectable products and topical cosmetics are assessed within their respective categories.

Before ordering, review the exact name, presentation, regional labeling and intended use. Images illustrate a product and may not show the packaging supplied; ask us to confirm a material packaging or labeling requirement before ordering. Product information is not patient-specific advice. You are responsible for professional assessment, informed consent, storage and use within your competence and applicable requirements.

5. Orders and acceptance

A catalog listing, quotation or automated order acknowledgement does not by itself confirm acceptance or availability. An order is accepted when we expressly confirm acceptance in writing. Product, quantity, price, tax, delivery charges, payment arrangements and any destination-specific conditions must be established before fulfillment. If a material error or availability issue is identified, we will contact you to agree a correction, alternative or cancellation; we will not make a material substitution without your agreement.

During temporary-site review, online ordering remains closed. Account registration and informational enquiries may be available independently of order acceptance.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are restricted to approved accounts. You can select EUR or USD before checkout. Prices and totals are shown in the selected currency. EUR and USD product prices are set independently. Exchange rates apply where a member credit or cashback calculation requires conversion. Existing orders retain their recorded currency and product prices. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are itemized at checkout or in your written quotation before acceptance. A displayed product price does not include an unstated shipping service. Payment is made only through a method expressly made available for the accepted order. Do not email card details.

Member rewards and referral benefits are governed by the program terms. They do not change product eligibility or professional access requirements.

7. Delivery, import and returns

Delivery is subject to product and destination checks and the arrangements confirmed for your order. Any importer responsibilities, permits, customs charges or duties must be clarified before acceptance. Product availability and supply permission are checked separately for each destination. Our Shipping & returns policy explains quotations, receipt checks and the written authorization required before sending goods back.

8. Quality concerns and complaints

Contact us promptly with your order reference and details of any damage, defect, incorrect item or service complaint. Preserve relevant packaging, lot numbers and supporting evidence. We will investigate and agree the appropriate next step. Do not use an affected product while a quality concern remains unresolved. Nothing in these terms excludes a remedy or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Training and information services

Training availability, provider, format, prerequisites, fees and cancellation terms are confirmed separately before a booking. No certificate, accreditation or clinical outcome is promised unless expressly stated for that specific arrangement. Website resources do not replace current manufacturer instructions or independent clinical judgment.

10. Content and external resources

Our original website content and branding may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Links to manufacturers and other external information providers are provided for reference; those organizations control their own information. A link does not imply a commercial affiliation.

11. Privacy and changes

Our Privacy policy explains account verification and personal data use. Our Cookie policy explains browser storage. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing the revised date. The terms agreed when an order is accepted continue to govern that order unless a change is agreed or required by applicable law.

Please contact us first if a question or dispute arises so we can seek a practical resolution. Mandatory laws and rights remain applicable; these terms do not impose an exclusive dispute forum or waive rights that cannot be waived.

Medical license status at shipment

Your order will only be shipped if your medical license is valid and in good standing at the time of shipment. Syntech Solutions reserves the right to cancel your order and refund any amounts processed if this requirement is not met.
